Today there are more than 90 percent of people finding there new homes online. If your property has been listed for several months and you have had little to no action you might need to change your plan of attack and get a realtor with an online marketing background. An agent that is knowledgeable in real estate in your area and has a background in online marketing is a double threat. The more traffic you have online viewing your listing the more traffic that will lead to your property.
How would you like to have a listing that adds value and creates an emotional connection with a potential buyer? What would be really great is if you could take your standard ad/listing (HTML code) and super size it to a premier listing and launch the listing to 30 different websites. Top it off with the right amount of quality photos and a You Tube walk through video that will excite, inform and deliver to bring your listing to the next level. This will all be in addition to the standard broker yard sign and multiple listing service.
Interview a few real estate agents before selecting one to sell your property. Take the time to understand how they want to market your property because it could make a very big difference in the amount of time it will take to sell.
